- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the work site.

- Interpret welding symbols and drawings to execute welding tasks accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating welding equipment.
