We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions, all of which require Aramco approval:

1. QA Manager – 1 position

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with Aramco standards.
• Oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify quality objectives and priorities.
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and recommend improvements.
• Train and mentor quality assurance team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

2. QC Manager – 1 position

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain quality control processes to monitor and evaluate the quality of materials, products, and services.
• Develop inspection plans and procedures to ensure compliance with Aramco standards and project requirements.
• Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely inspections.
• Investigate non-conformities and deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Communicate quality control requirements to suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
• Generate quality reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. Environmental Coordinator – 3 positions

Responsibilities:

• Implement environmental management systems in accordance with Aramco regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct environmental assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential hazards and impacts.
• Develop and implement environmental protection measures to minimize pollution and preserve natural resources.
• Monitor environmental performance and compliance, conducting inspections and audits as required.
• Provide environmental training and awareness programs to employees and subcontractors.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

4. HSE Supervisor – 1 position

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct HSE inspections and audits to identify hazards and assess risks in the workplace.
• Provide HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and standards, reporting any non-compliance issues to management.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness for potential incidents.

5. HSE Trainer – 3 positions

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors, covering topics such as hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response.
• Customize training materials to address specific job roles and hazards present in the workplace.
• Conduct training assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to reinforce safe work practices and behaviors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HSE training and incorporate new approaches as appropriate.

6. HSE Officer – 4 positions

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of HSE policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Participate in incident investigations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide support to supervisors and employees in implementing HSE requirements and controls.
• Promote HSE awareness and engagement through training, communications, and promotional activities.
• Maintain records and documentation related to HSE activities and performance metrics.
