Position: Mechanical & Welding QA/QC Inspector

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in the GCC region.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DAE Mechanical).
  • CSWIP 3.2.2 certification for Mechanical Inspectors OR CSWIP 3.1.1 AND BGas certification for Mechanical Inspectors (Both certifications preferred).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical inspection techniques and welding quality assurance/control standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or defects in mechanical and welding processes.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with project teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to project deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

  1. Mechanical Inspectors (CSWIP 3.2.2 Certification):
    • Basic Salary: QR 7500
    • Fixed Overtime: QR 1000
    • Free Housing, Food, and Transport
  2. Mechanical Inspectors (CSWIP 3.1.1 and BGas Certification):
    • Basic Salary: QR 6500
    • Fixed Overtime: QR 1000

Exciting Opportunities with DAR Engineering in Makkah, KSA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mechanical inspections and welding quality assurance/control activities according to project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections of mechanical components, structures, and welds.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Document inspection findings, including discrepancies, defects, and non-conformities, and generate detailed inspection reports.
