NES Fircroft is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards are met and maintained across our operations. This position requires a dedicated professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in client representation.

Key Responsibilities:
- HSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding HSE matters. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure that HSE protocols align with client standards.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Work closely with project teams to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents or incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions. Ensure that lessons learned are communicated and incorporated into future safety planning.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Coordinate and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HSE activities. Prepare and submit regular reports to management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE coordination, with a focus on client representation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams in the implementation of HSE best practices.
